Rode up to Hooter's with a buddy. Saw some pretty cool ratted old-school customs, so I thought I would share. (cell pics, sorry about the crappy quality)

The red one in front is an older Triumph. Check out the custom exhaust on it. The tops were hinged like you see on semi trucks




This one had 24" apes. My buddy standing there is 5'7", and the bars were taller than him, plus the seat is really low.




I added this pic for the entertainment value. Come on!!! Who wears full race leathers to bike night? What a dork!!!

 

A squid would be the one in a $600 helmet, shorts, tank top and flip flops. This guy was just being prepared.

The differences between the states and europe are amazing. That would be normal riding gear in Germany as well. Hell I would see people wearing full leathers in the middle of summer. But then again they also travel at a hell of a lot higher speeds then in the states.
