I have quiet pipes. I need the emblem to let people know it's a Harley.

 

I put Street Bob emblems on my FXD.The factory two sided tape held them to far from the tank so I peeled it off and used a thinner tape. I also "pre bent" the emblems to match the contour of the tank.I did use a small amount of bumper trim epoxy to hold down tough spots but would not suggest it for denim paint. I now have a very tight fit and they haven't moved for 500 miles.
