Congrats on the ride and breaking some nuts loose. Looks like youve got some nice garage space to work in. Homer drools..........

Let me know if you have any questions about the Sportster riser setup. i did it on my 06 and like it a lot. You will have to straighten out the brake line a bit or get a longer one. With the stock bars you will be stretch the wires to the max. I had to pop the wires out of the plastic clips on the bars to get enough slack. There is plenty of length on the clutch and throttle cable. Over the winter you may want to take the whole thing apart, lengthen the wires, and go internal on the handlebar. There are complete kits to splice the wiring to make it longer. You can look at my old posts to see pictures I took while doing the swap.

Open that wallet and let the fun begin, I have almost as much fun changing things as riding. Gratz.

I&nbsp\\;read your thread a few days ago simsjam it was helpful in making my decesion on which way to go.
&nbsp\\;
I plan to change bars at the same time so Hopefully wont have any issues with cables. I want the reach about the same as stock, maybe just a little closer but be a touch wider. Thinking at maybe the low rider bars but will have to take a closer look.
