Custom Dyna rear (hugger) fenders

RE: Custom Dyna rear (hugger) fenders
I haven't even rode it yet to be honest. The bike has been torn apart for a few weeks and is just getting put together this week...we were waiting on 1" bearings since the packed 3/4" by accident on the front wheel. I will be using the same fork. I will post some pics up as soon as the bike is back together, which should be by the weekend if we don't run into any other problems. Hopefully I will get some ride time on it too so I can give some feedback on it. I am more into the look since this is basically an around town/short trip bike so the ride/handling isn't quite as important to me as some (still somewhat though or else I'd be on a rigid!)

The first link doesnt work and the second pic is so small i cant see the bike. Here is the fender im putting on my 99 wide glide next week. Its just a universal fender that im going to drill my own holes in for the struts and modify how i see fit. Dynas are hard because there is only 7 1/4 in between the struts so no softail fender will work and 99% of aftermarket stuff fits the softail. There is more stuff out there for sportys than Dynas
Its part number 49-2210 on the right side of the page

The Harley Davidson 2010 Spring Supplement cataloge has a 'Chopped Rear Fender Kit for 06 & latter Dynas... except the 2010 Wide Glide & the Fat Bobs.

Most pictures in posts older than 2007 are gone. There was in issue with the forumsthen and a lot of things were damaged and lost. One thing to keep in mind is the closer you get your fender to the tire the more you need to limit your suspension travel.
