Man I'm itching to do a new mod!! Either internally wired baby apes or lowering the ***. Either way I'm ready to change something!

I have done both on my 06 FXDI and they both really improved the look of the bike.
&nbsp\\;
Lowering the rear was the easiest.&nbsp\\; I simply made sure the wires under teh fender were tucked and secured, then mounted a pair of 11" Progressive 412s.
&nbsp\\;

&nbsp\\;
I had previously swapped bars for a set of baby apes, but wanted chrome and internal wiring.&nbsp\\; I bought a pair of Flanders of the same specs as the Street Bob baby apes.&nbsp\\; They were chrome, drilled, knurled, and had thicker tubing walls than the stock bars.&nbsp\\; Also located the front siganls when I did the bars.&nbsp\\; Cost me about $150.00, but the end result was well worth the price.
