RE: New Mod
I have done both on my 06 FXDI and they both really improved the look of the bike.
 \\;
Lowering the rear was the easiest. \\; I simply made sure the wires under teh fender were tucked and secured, then mounted a pair of 11" Progressive 412s.
 \\;
 \\;
I had previously swapped bars for a set of baby apes, but wanted chrome and internal wiring. \\; I bought a pair of Flanders of the same specs as the Street Bob baby apes. \\; They were chrome, drilled, knurled, and had thicker tubing walls than the stock bars. \\; Also located the front siganls when I did the bars. \\; Cost me about $150.00, but the end result was well worth the price.
