Yep i got \\; a warning in arizona.The cop gave me warning ticket(not a fix-a-ticket)for the three days of bike week in case i got hemmed up again.
On the flip side i say screw the law esp with a road king(Its easy to access the clamps).If you get \\; a ticket,go home tilt them back a lil-have a leo sign off on it then tilt them forward again.I tell them i'm just slouch'n cuz i dont have my backrest on and they'll normally give you a warning.
