Oil Drips Block Vents

Have a 07 Lowrider with the K&E Stage One air filter. The block vents weap and eventually I am seeing some drips outside the filter housing. No hoses on vents just a nub straight out.

Anyone have this problem and solved the drips.

Looks like I need to pull it apart and see if the O rings are installed or buggered.
