depends on the color, how many pieces, and what/how you want them done... best bet is to go to a powder coater and show them...

I was just on the phone with the folks at JetHot this past Friday - looking to jet coat the headers, heat shields and slip-ons in black. Estimates are by length. They're sending me a quote in the mail, but it sounds like it's going to be somewhere in the 350-500 range to do the headers inside and out, the heat shields and the (rush) slip-ons.

I had heat shields for my vance and hines quoted from a reputable powdercoater, it was actually ceramic coated is what i was quoted (same stuff v&h uses). They quoted 80-100 dollars for the sheilds alone. It would have been cheaper going with chrome pipes and have the shields coted semi locally, but i was able to find a place that had some in stock so i went that route instead, to save time.

i did mine in high temp black gloss... never had a problem... most powder coaters should charge around 50 - 75 to have this done... that is about what i would charge
