Default Screamin Eagle slip-on question

Fellas, I got the "newer" set (post 2007) of SE slip on's. My question is, what exactly can I do to get them to sound a little bit more deeper and louder ? Thanks in advance.

I pulled the baffles out today on mine and removed all the packing around the baffle and the one wrapped around the inside of the pipe, I then cut the baffle almost in half. I cut it right after the third set of wholes in it. You will know what I am saying when you pull it out and look at it. I then replaced the baffel in the pipe and secured it with the tamper proof torques. Reinstalled the slip-ons and rode on,Lot Louder, still not what I want witch is the Vance and Hines Big Radius, but def a huge improvement from stock SE's by the way mine are 09' slip-ons so they are post 2007 also. I have not noticed any ping or popping or surging, no noticable loss in low or mid-end. I also have Xied's though just so you know.

the newer one's are a little louder than stock.not as loud as the one's they use to make before the E.P.A. came in if you want loud go to one of the after market such as vance&hines or d&d one of them.

My baffles are cut off about like Bigdadi's. He may have cut a little more off then we did to mine. What a difference. I think it sounds pretty good now. You can hear it in 5th and 6th gear now.

REMOVE the baffles and get rid of ALL the fiber packing and reinstall the baffles. This will deepen the tone and it will be louder also(I like this setup). If it's still not loud enough for you, sell them as is and buy Rush or some other brand slipon.
