Is it possible to use the stock laced wheel hub to a wielder hoop? I am considering trading for some laced wheels but want to know if I can re-lace them to a new hoop to mount a 200 on my bike.

If they have the same number of holes, and the holes are the same size (i.e. NOT fat daddy wheels) then you should be OK.

Yes you can. My stock rear hub is laced to an 18x5.5. I'm running a 180 but a 200 can mount on the 18x5.5 also.

It should work fine. I re-laced mine to a small in width and Dia. rim. Just make sure that you are getting a 40 spoke rim.
Just find a rim, you could lace them up. I have done about 6 set now and honestly they are not bad. The front is the worse of the two, still my first time I did it on a Sat. afternoon.
As far as where to get a rim or .....
