I have a 2007 SB and I used SC204 cams, big breather, Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-2, and ported and polished the heads. 95 HP, 105 Torque.

Well, I got most all my parts. (didnt get pics of all of them) And its time to start some assembly. I am still waiting on the engine. The machine shop still has everything.

Break down of new parts (I have alot of work to do!)

SE pistons
SE cam plate
SE high volume oil pump
SE tapered push rods
SE clutch plates
SE clutch spring
HD "B" lifters
Andrews 37G cams
Andrews gear set
S&S cam install kit
Mikuni 42mm carb
Jerzee customs oil pressure gauge
raptor shift light
Hayden auto primary chain tensioner
progressive 412 12" shocks
progressive drop in lowering kit for front
Metzeler ME880's comming soon

Heads are getting ported, CC'd (Going for 9.8:1) 1.90 intake and 1.625 exhaust valves, Springs, guides, and compression releases.

Jugs bored to 95"

Crank trued and welded along with Timken bearing upgrade

Since I still dont have the engine back, but cant wait. I got the cams and cam plate ready for install.

Small mistake. I put the outer gear on without first realizing that it is now in the way of one of the cam plate mounting bolts

Thats it for now. I will be getting the cases, crank, jugs and heads back on Mon or Tues. More pics to come later next week!

I got the heads back today! Hopefully I will get most of the engine back together this weekend.

Ported, 1.90 Intake, 1.625 Exhaust, Bronze guides, New springs, compression releases, CC'd and milled.

Here are some pics of the heads.

Hey redrubicon2004, is there any specific reason you went with the Hayden Primary Chain Tensioner instead of the Southern Oregon Hot Bikes hydraulic one? I'm trying to make that decision.
Cheers,
Don

I actually swapped that one out for a 06-up style one. Works much better.

Hi Chad. Thanks for the reply. Can I clarify which one you swapped out, the Hayden or the SOHO one. The 06-up style one that you switched to, is that the Hayden or the HD factory one? I would just like to be sure and not make assumptions.
Many thanks,
Don

I used the factory one most recently. I like it better.
