Looking at buying fxdf
Anyone have pics of themselves or with a passenger on their fat bob. I'm, 5'10 and would like to see how someone around my size looks atop one. I know 5'10 is average...just trying to get an idea. Is it me or does the fat bob look kinda small even though all the reviews talk about how massive it is. 91.7 inches long isn't too much bigger than a sportster. Am I wrong? I love everything else about this bike.
My wife wanted to send a xmas card this year, I said, fine, but it's gotta be on the bike! Not the best pic, but you get the idea - it seems smaller than it is from the side, but it's definitely not small when you're sitting on it.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, 6'1", about 195 here.

I know what you mean from some angles it does look kind of small and fat but I am 6.1 and sitting on the bike it does not feel small and Mrs M assures me we look very nice in shop windows...and I thought she was just looking at the clothes
. You will look fine, in fact if you look at some pics of tourers they can look small from certain angles but the things weight like 800 pounds or more, low centre of gravity means you are not having a tall bike!

I'm 6'2 and sitting on a sportster compared to the fatbob is a big difference to me. But to me it does sit low so maybe that's why you think it looks that way. But it's a Great bike and handles well.

I'm 5'11" and the FXDF seems perfect to me, not small at all.
My friend who has a Nightster says my Fat Bob is "chunky". . . and I think it has just the right wheelbase, I really wouldn't want a bike with a longer wheelbase for handling purposes. I like chunky bikes in that regards.
And the topper: the hottest of the girls I know, the lovely Gina, says "Lon you look so good on that bike!"

I am 6'2 and my old 1200C was plenty big, now my SB is plenty big, oh and btw I believe that the RK has the same wheel base as most dyna's so if wheel base is what concerns you it dosent get much bigger
I'm 6'4" and it ain't small.
Take the significant other to the dealership and have her sit on the back. Granted, you can get a better seat, backrest, etc. but you will have a good idea about ridin' 2up on the Fat Bob (no problem).
