Default SuperBrace

I finally got the superbrace last Sat. After 11 weeks of waiting. Installed it last night. I had a few issues on the install. I had to loosen up the fender bolts. So I could drop it 1/4". After that every thing else was a breeze. Took a little ride after the install. I was impressed in the difference. Much tighter on the front end. I will be doing a long ride this weekend. Between the TrueTrack & SuperBrace. The change with the handling is unbelieveable. Night & Day. This is something you would think that HD would have. Wait.... All HD does is give you a platform to build on.... Why give you something that you can't improve....

Agreed 100%. I'm now satisfied with how my bike turns. Superbrace is a good upgrade for the money.

+1 on the handling issue with TT and Superbrace.
+1 on why HD didn't deal with this. Very perplexing.

Do you think there will be an improvement on top of fork kit and True Trac?

I don't see it as perplexing at all. Harley delivers a sufficient bike. You can ride it until it crumbles and never have a problem.

If your thing is corners and you want to ride especially hard through corners, you have to make modifications.

I don't hear the wheelie-poppers complaining that Harley didn't put a 110-inch engine on the stock bike.

+1435443654645154515566563 on the superbrace. Best bang for the buck. I'm pretty much never going to take mine off. Really made a big difference for me.

It is not just "hard" corners where it is beneficial; I noticed wobble at about 40 mph rounding a corner. It wasn't life threatening by any means, but it was a little unsettling.

It's perplexing because HD does not acknowledge the stabilizer issue. It would have been nice if they stated when I purchased that they have one on the Dyna, but 2 more (TT or Sputhe +Superbrace) does make it handle better. If it were not for this HDF, I never would have known about handling issue and how to resolve it.

I finished the install on my super brace and true track yesterday and wished I'd taken a ride before installing one or the other just to see if there was a difference. After putting them on my bike I took a road down some twisties I've ridden hundreds of times and was amazed at the difference. I was able to go through some tough turns at 15-20 mph faster than I'd done in the past and experienced none of the issues I had in the past. They are definately a great addition to an already great bike. Even with a SERG in the garage, the dyna is still my favorite ride.
