Hi all
I'm new here, but have read about half the posts before I joined. I have already found out a few things about my bike that I didn't know, such as the top motor mount bolts being a problem. I've had my Dyna since 11-04 it is an 05 model got around 2200 miles on it now. Owned a couple of bikes before, 1966 Triumph Bonneville and a 1978 Kawasaki Z-1R. This is my first Harley. The bike is still showroom stock but I am getting ready to do pipes and an air cleaner and a PCIII. Just now getting the war dept. interested in riding with me, got a new Sundowner seat ordered and some passenger floorboards for her. We are both senior citizens so we probably put on quite a show when riding.
Thanks
Mel

I'm with you, I bought my Superglide in 2004, and before that I had a yamaha and a honda. Bought my yamaha when AMF was making Harleys. Most the people I know had trouble starting them and keeping them running, If you didn't know how to wrench you pushed the darn things, and lets not forget the oil on the ground when ever you parked it. Harley has come a long way and become very reliable. I will own one the rest of my life. The wife would have it no other way, and welcome to the forum friend.
