Wonder how many check them correctly.. with a torque wrench....

when the wrench put my on he did the opposite, barley put the clamps on the mufflers..
1/2 was off and I got some serious air leak, they fought the popping or 2 weeks before I called rush and the tech told me what was wrong in 30 secs...
