Has anyone with TH tried to put the tommy-gun shield from a Fat Bob on the header? I was wondering if it would fit. It look close. Also, good job going w/ the TH, they sound great.

I hear what you are saying Adrian, chrome would of looked good and gloss black even better. The big A$$ chrome BR 2-1 was just too pretty for me, so I went the complete opposite. I wanted to really understate the look of my pipe and the black T-header blends into the lines of the bike better, IMO.

I am tossing around the idea of going to a smaller AC in chrome so I won't have the big gloss black AC directly above the ceramic black pipe. We will see....

Ive been thinkin...tweakin...if you already had a 2-1..you may see a slight performance boost but not as much as if you has 2-2 then went to the TH. Don't want you to get your hopes up too much.

I don't know man. With all that gloss black the chrome looked sharp. A glossier black might work too.

Hey Tige,

I dig those pipes, man! I recall offering my opinion that you keep the BR's but now that I see those THeaders.....Looks mean as hell, man. Good work.

My fender project is all wrapped up. We need to meet up for a ride sometime before this weather turns to crap for the rest of the year....

Cheers!

Looks good man

Buddy has a Thunderheader on his V-rod and it sounds and performs really good.

Curious to see the performance difference between it and the BR.

I liked the BR better .... thought it was one of the things that made your bike different. I also agree that the TH would look better chrome or gloss black. Still one of my favorite BoBs on the Forum though.

I really don't expect anything as far as a performance increase. I really just wanted the look and sound. There is so much talk about this 2-1 performs better than that 2-1, I am just curious to see if there is any change...
