Default Fatbob rear fender part number?

Greetings,

I'm going to call my local dealer tomorrow about possibly buying a vivid black Fatbob rear fender. They always give me a decent discount, so no need for the online 20% off places. It'd just go easier if I knew the part number for it. Anybody know?

They dont list the painted parts numbers in the parts manual (just primed) so maybe hard to find without asking dealer.

Well, I looked in my '09 Parts and Accessories catalog and the suffix DH is always attached to the Vivid Black Parts...(Rear Fenders & Fuel Tanks). So if you get a part number and attach the DH...it should be the Vivid Black color of it.

That may work on some things but not all. When I was looking for a SB/LR tank DH was on the end for vivid black but the part number was completely different than the primed number.

Greetings,

Thanks for the input...I was afraid of that! Fortunately the people at the dealer are pretty intellegent, so I'm sure they can figure it out.

Wished I would have know you wanted to do this.... I just bought a WG and did a conversion on a fat Bob.... Once I get the conversion complete I might be interested in selling a complete setup minus the turn signals.... Let me know if you don't find one.

Greetings,

Not a problem...I watched your threads...If I did it I'd still keep my factory fender. I'll keep you in mind if I can't track one down for a decent price.

If you do the fatbob rear fender swap, let me know what you end up doing with the side-mount plate. I'm still trying to decide the cleanest way to make it work on my fatbob.
