Question reguarding dash console

I have an 02 FXDX-T, I was wondering if anyone might know if the dash console that comes on the 04 FXDX would fit on an 02. The part number list it being for 04-06, has anyone ever tried doing this, any luck??

Thanks!! I got the dash console on ebay for 25 bucks. Hope I can get it to fit. Looks so much better than the older one.
