No it does not.
Saving your receipts can save you some hassle but if you buy your oil from the dealer he will have every purchase on file and can't argue whether or not you kept up with oil changes just by dividing the number of times you bought oil and the number of miles on the bike.......
Had to point that out to a service manager ONE time, rotflol.

Just remember that doing your own service is more than just changing the oil.
You have to perform all of the factory recommended services and checks at the recommend intervals.
This is where the factory service manual will be your best investment.
As sniper77 mentioned, be sure and keep all your receipts for parts and maintenance items used.
It's also a very good idea to keep a log that shows all maintenance performed, along with the date and mileage.
