Default Finished My mod. projects at last.

Turned out pretty good to my eye. I really like the subtle difference the tank lift made. Now I just need to change the oil and filter, wash the air filter, change the spark plugs and give it a bath for it to be ready for me to ride once my foot finishes healing.
It started raining so the bath part will have to wait. I may still do the service this afternoon.

The touring pack's not my bag, but I can definately see the uses for it... I hate carrying a back pack or bag, Looks good man, keep it up.

Tour pack was added so my old woman can ride comfortably.
The sissy bar and pad just didn't provide enough support for her.
These are the things you have to deal with when you get old.
And it's only four bolts to take it off and four more to put the bar back.

Looks good, did you have to use longer wires with miniapes?
You could align front sigs with headlight for even look.

Yep, got a wire extension kit from my local indy shop.
Was simple enough to remove the wire terminals from the plugs and repace them with the extensions, but I didn't care for the way extended wire terminals seemed loose when plugged in the harness terminals so I got out my solder gun and soldered the terminals together.
I thought about putting the signals up next to the headlight but I felt they were too close there. I may change them later if don't like them where they are but I'm also going to get some smaller lights front and rear.

Okay, I agree they would look better that way. I just didn't think about it while putting them on but it's not a big deal to loosen them and reposition them.
