Default Need help picking a new seat

I'm looking to get a new seat for my Fat Bob. My wife rides with me a lot and we are taking some long trips this year so comfort has to be considered. I also want a seat that is gonna look good on the bike. I have been looking at three seats: Corbin, C&C, and Sundowner. What is the best way to go? I like the stitching and leather options of the C&C but the Corbin looks really comfortable.

I just went through this. I like C&C Seats, so that is a good option. I've talked, looked at, seen in person, and learned to dis-like the sundowner. No doubt that it has it's merits, but I just preferred something else that looks better and not like a pillow on clean bike.

After MUCH debate, I went with a LePera Maverick seat through Phat Performance Parts. I actually got the daddy long legs version (I'm only 6') because I'm already on a low rider and the forward controls were just a bit too close for me. It was 425 shipped. 11" wide passenger, 13" wide driver with 7" of lumbar support. There is a normal maverick on here that is from a Street Bob.

Here is the thread: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...-maverick.html

From my research I've found that Corbin is a love it or hate it seat, and is generally construed to be more firm. Le Pera is a good in-between, and Mustang is the softest. Obviously, these are based on a whole lot of opinions from a whole lot of people, and anyone could easily say something different.

Don't know whether or not you've looked at Mustang seats, but they're dang hard to beat! They're top quality, extremely comfortable, and the customer service is second to none. If you look at my profile, you can see what the Vintage Touring seat looks like on my FXDC.

+ on the Mustang. Put a vintage solo wide on my Lowrider, and I'm good for 300 miles easy. Two up addition looks great.
