Default Alternate auxillary light kit?

I want to add auxillary lights to my bike, but I don't really want to give up my full windshield. Is there a kit for mounting a pair of lights how lower? Or can I just use the HD kit and get longer wiring? Any drawbacks to mounting the lights lower?

Kury do a sweet set that clamp anywhere on your forks so you can mount them wherever they fit below your screen. They will also go onto engine guard bars if you have 'em.

I'll just be looking that up and having a look. I am having a hard time visualizing what it will look like with the lights in a triangle pattern. I do know that the single light pretty much sucks at lighting up the road, and it's not very impressive in letting other drivers know I'm out there either. I need more lights.

there is something to the triangle pattern allowing better visibility. The railroads have been using this for years. But it only works one way. It makes you more visible to others. Having the lights on an even plane will give you the best view of the road ahead.

I elected to go with the even plane, and radiused the lower corners of the windshield to fit the lights.
This is without the windshield, but you get the picture

That looks great. It didn't occur to me that I could reshape the plexiglas and keep more of the length.

I checked out the Kurys. I don't think the elongated lights would look good on my bike.

What did you use to cut the plexi?

Is that the HD kit? I like the look of mounting the signals that as well.
