Default Brake Lights

Ok. I am new to owning a Harley. I purchased an 06 Street Bob form a repo dealer. The brake light was taken off and the turn signals have red lense covers. The brake lights are not working. I know they make a run/turn/brake module but i don't know if it has one installed. I would think that the previous owner would have had it converted considering this state has inspections. So how would I tell if it has one? Also when I lifted seat there is a black ground wire and red wire with inline fuse that has been cut...have no clue what this goes to. Any help and pics would be appreciated. Like I said..I am a newby and I am learning..Thanks

If there is a run/turn/brake module, it'd likely be under the seat, connected to the wiring that runs into the rear fender to the tail/turns. I don't really know where else it would be placed, and it should be fairly obvious. Lots of companies make the modules (not just H-D) but as far as I know they're all black rectangular plastic boxes.

Don't know what the red wire would go to. License plate lighting, perhaps?

Do sigs with red lenses lit up with brake? Line with fuse might be a auxilliary line for perhaps a lighter to plug ipod, or battery tender line.
