Please help! Stumped!!!!
Did you wash the bike at the same time as doing all the work i know when i had pciii installed that the bike would run like crap if i was not carefull when washing the bike water would get into the main conectors and cause all kinds of problems.
CBZ: i did clear the codes...only these codes..im assuming the other got thrown in my checkin **** prossess or old!
P1002 System relay Coil High/Shorted EFI
P1352 Front Ignition Coil High/Shorted EFI
P1002 System relay Coil High/Shorted EFI
P1352 Front Ignition Coil High/Shorted EFI
the harley CKP is junk. they go bad all the time, they don't usually
make it 1 lung though, usually it gets no signal at all and the bike won't even run.
Fuel Pack=garbage.
I would deff check the injector wires, also the map sensor(well the gasket/o ring for it anyway)
Also I would check for an intake leak as well.

I'll also add this by saying
aftermarket wires and plug don't agree with harley ignition systems.
most people who come in that have misfire problems are from the aftermarket garbage thats on the bike. get a set of stock plug wires and 6r12 plugs.

I think his problem was there before he replaced the plugs or wires and the code that comes back is ignition related. What was the last thing you did to the bike prior to the misfire, other than the fluid changes?
+1 on checking the injector wires as they are tied into the same circuit from the system relay as the coil. yellow/green. Check your grounds too. Pull the system relay(black one) and inspect the terminals for corrosion, clean it up and then put it in and take it out a few times to make sure there is a decent connection, clear the codes each time you start it up as you check it.

HDTech74, What's the story on the injector wires? They feel like they're solid core, not stranded. Are the wire breaks due to repeated movement? Are the breaks random, or are they breaking in the same relative location? What pattern, if any, are you finding?
To whoever mentioned that they could use a torque wrench.... I just listed an extra Snap-on click stop of mine in the classified section. Figured I'd give forum members the first shot at it. I also have a couple of big S-O deep impact sockets, 1 1/2 and 1 3/8 inch.
