Lots of dynas scrape in corners, but sounds like you're saying it just happens all the time. What exactly is scraping and when, take pictures and put them up. If you scraping anything when the bike is vertical, you need a serious fix.

Yeah, let us know the specific conditions... going straight down the road and scraping, or going over some bumps, and scraping... not good. If you are hitting your pegs around corners, most of us do that all the time... my wife HATES it when I do that.

Yeah... Sounds like new shocks are in order. From what you are saying, sounds like the rear tire is making contact with the underside of the rear fender, which you should get taken care of asap. If the Dyna's are like softails (forgive my ignorance)All your rear light wiring is run through the rear fender, and if this is whats happening, you risk damaging that wire harness, not to mention, you will wind up burning your paint too.

check out progressive, works, or ricor shocks. We have some vendors here on the forum. See which ones you like the most. Are you saying you are scraping the frame when your riding straight? or the tire is bottoming out? If you are scraping the frame when going straight then you have a problem that is probably not the shocks. I think even if the shocks were done they would still hold the frame of the bike off the ground. But if it is the tire bottoming out... yup time for new shocks. Hell mine isn't bottoming out but I know I need new ones. (mine have 40K miles on theme with a 240 person on the seat for all of them).

Thanks!!! I dont believe it is the tire botooming out it sounds like the frame is scraping. But I could be wrong, with all of the mahcine gun fire in my ears in Afghanistan I could coudnt hear an elephant fart from 2 feet away!! Seriously IMO its the frame it only happens on big bumps (speed bumps, pot holes, or a dip in pavement)
