I'm a brass junkie. It started with simple washers I bought at the hardware store. Replaced every washer on the bike with brass. Then piece by piece I bought pushrod keepers, timing cover, emblems, light visors, air filter screws, acorns for any exposed threads (don't want to use brass for structural parts), and where ever I could fit a piece of brass. Theres a company called Old Stuff on ebay that sells a few brass kits but they are the only ones I know of. I'm sure there are others that sell brass, but if you do an ebay search for "brass & harley", you'll find Old Stuff for sure.

Default awesome shop

I've gotten work done here from time to time. Awesome guys and really cool parts. They machine their own brass grips and kickers etc. and you can order straight from their site. I love brass and copper on bikes also. Check out their "bitch slap bobber" to see their brass/copper stuff on a killer looking bike

.... oh yeah and J&P cycles has some stuff also. They carry a lot of old school fits and finishes. They'll send you a free catalouge the size of a phone book. I leave it on the coffee table b/c it's great to get ideas from and is often easier to browse than the website.

A local bike shop made a beautiful custom Sportster last year that was all done in brass. Patriot Custom Cycles, Dickinson ND. They may have some ideas if you can not find others.
