i am a huge fan of the brass! there is a brass powder as well, we have just not used it yet... have done the antique brass but that looks nothing like the brass you are looking for... Bikerlaw that looks great!!!!!!!
Also, I've posted this site before, http://www.lifetimecoatings.com/. I hve no experience with them but looks like they can brass coat your existing parts. Probably a lot less costly then buying new brass parts, assuming you can even find them.

If you look in the center of the image there is a 2010 Dyna WG that is custom painted and had every chrome part on it brass plated. Looked great. It belonged to one of the guys that worked at the dealer and recently sold for about 20K. Here it is from another angle:
Bike looked really nice. I can find out from him where he got it all done at. I bought my FXDWG from this same dealership.

Great thread....I am glad someone started this.... I have been thinking about brass parts for a while now. I have looked up a few brass platers on line as well as possibly doing powdercoating. I also have my own lathe and was hoping to start machining some of my own parts like pegs and grips.....Keep the idea's coming!!!!
I think brass or copper looks great, especially against black. But I wonder how it holds up to oxidation. In other words, how often do you have to polish to keep it shiny? Of course, it can also look good with some patina going...
