Yea, I am not a huge fan of the tallboy. I just can't get past the looks. And, the drag bars feel like beach bars now that I sit so high up.

I have an 09 Low Rider. At 5'10", I'm hardly a giant but couldn't get comfortable on the stock seat. Got the tallboy seat and two years later still have no complaints. I'm one of the few on this string that actually doesn't mind the looks of it either.

I have a question about your tank. Did you remove the painted Harley name and apply the badge or did it come that way? How bad was the job to remove. I think the painted Harley Davidson on my tank is gay looking. Thanks.

Lose the stupid passenger strap,no passenger is EVER going to use it to hang on to.The seat looks fine to me,if you like it keep it. I chose a Mustang because it's about a half inch higher than stock.

 

My bike came with the badge. I kinda like the badge with the flames. Got an old school look to it.

My wife loved the comfort, but for solo riding, I think I will have to go back to stock, or even get a sweet solo saddle.

Just ordered my Tall Boy! Wife needed a better seat and this fits the bill and the wallet!! I am 6'1" and could use the extra room too! Got it for $227 shipped!!!!

I second the tallboy seat and you don't have to be tall to like it as I'm only 5-6 and have no problem with it.

 

I currently have the HD touring seat but find myself wanting to sit a little further back (I'm 5'9"/32) so I tried a TB one of the dealer had and didn't care for it. While it did move me back where I wanted, it also sits higher than the touring seat and than which itself sits higher than the stock seat but the big thing i didn't like is the width - same as the Sundowner I think.
