Anyone know how much am I gonna get whacked for a new factory painted (pewter denim) street bob tank?

 

alot.... cheaper to find one on ebay and havit painted

 

Would be cheaper to buy a used one and paint it. Ebay has a new one for $750 OBO.

Just searching for Dyna you will also find tanks for wide glides, superglides and fatbobs. Maybe they might fit also. Just a thought.

i found a used one on ebay and won the auction at 65 bucks shipped. it had a dent in the right side. i took it to a body shop and ask around til someone wanted to do the work on the side... he charged me 50 to pull the dent and 100 to paint it. came out looking perfect. im happy with the work and he was happy making 150 buck on his day off.

 

Blacknsilver... thanks, I used your link to that new tank and snatched it up. I was looking on ebay the day before and only saw the black denim tank. Saved over $300 on this tank, my local dealer wanted $1105 too. Thanks Again!
