My 09 fxdl front turn signals are on as running lights, the rear turn signals are not on as running lights just as signals. Is this the factory setup? I'm the second owner. Thanks for any info. Paul

 

My '09 Street Bob has the rear turn signals as runnining lights, stop lights and turn signal lights...it came from the factory that way.

 

That is correct. HD does sell a harness to convert the rear turn signals to a run/stop/turn.

 

Most bikes that run a center light in the rear are set up to use the turn sigs as non running lights! Some people install a STT (stop, tail, turn) module in that converts these to running light. When this is done most people also change the lenses on the rear lights to red, but I have seen a bike or two that leave the amber lenses in.
