Follow the instructions in this video. Its not a harley in the vid but it works. Did it with mine. I had to bump the values up to 25.

Ran the AutoTune on my FP3. Cured the decal pops when I installed my V&H Monsted Squares. Really woke the bike up.

Gotta thank the EPA. Government knowing what's best for your bike. Sorry, but that's not my road of choice. 2007 FXDB, CV-40 & intake manifold (1992 EVO) and a Thunder Heart Stand Alone Ignition System has been an AWESOME (under $500) investment. Cam swap - adjust idle mixture. 105" big bore top end - adjust needle setting, 1 washer added. Change my "map?" I don't need no stinkin map. Got 99,225 miles on it and just rolling along.
