Super Tuner/Dyno Advice
If you are going to do stage two and more look at the power vision!!! just my 2cts.
I had my old bike dynode and it ran great. But with my new bike I didn't want it red lined 30 or 40 times so I went with a flash tuner. When I bought the bike I had the dealer put on V&H slip-ons, when I flashed it with the fp3 map I couldn't be happier with the way she ran.. One year later I bought V&H true duals so I took out the fp3 flashed it with the map for true duals and again the bike runs great. Hoping you the best with what ever you choose..... swifty

It's small enough that you can leave it attached if you want to do Auto-Tune runs - mine fit into the battery box.
I had originally gone the route you're thinking about...
Since I purchased my V&H pipes and S&S air cleaner from the dealer, they offered to install them for free.
A particularly good salesman talked me into also buying the SESPT and letting them do the Stage 1 tune.
I had even talked to the service manager beforehand about my concerns, specifically heat and decel pop - he assured me I had nothing to worry about.
Pfffft. It was awful.
Heat was off the charts, the decel pop was unbearable, and my fuel mileage even climbed by about 5MPG, meaning it was still way too lean.
"EPA regs" he claimed, "our hands are tied, there's nothing we can do"...
But for another $350 they would put it on the dyno and "fix it".
I asked if they wouldn't still be bound by EPA regs, and when pressed for an answer he finally admitted "well, uh, yeah."
I ran ViED's for about a year, which helped quite a bit but I was never too happy with the full-time piggy-back install.
So when the FP3 came out, I hung back and waited for the reviews.
Turned out to be one of those products where the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, so I jumped in.
the FP3 cured ALL of the problems I had with the dealer remap and more.
I can't even imagine this bike running any better than it does right now.
After all, V&H develops their maps with bikes using similar upgrades (pipes & A/C) and after time on a dyno.
So ... you get the benefits of the dyno, without submitting your bike to some tech (qualified or not) who will spend an afternoon redlining the **** out of it 40 or 50 times... and all for $350, as opposed to considerably more from the dealer - $400 or so for the SEPST plus dyno time...
And with the SEPST if you ever make any additional changes (depending on what they are), you'll have to take the bike back to the dealer for another dyno, whereas with the FP3, you can call V&H and they'll send another custom map directly to your smartphone.
I'm in Monroeville, not too far from you btw...

I had my last bike in once to have the belt and rear sprocket changed out under warranty - seems they found a few chips/nicks during the 1K service.
Well, the dealer must have been busy that day and they threw the job to the "oil change boy" or at least somebody with questionable qualifications.
Needless to say, whoever did the job FUBAR'ed it so bad that an H-D Customer Rep got involved, and they ended up buying the bike back...
I'd think that a dyno is certainly one of those jobs where you don't want anyone doing it who doesn't know exactly what they're doing - and I'm willing to bet that happens more often than people realize.
