My screamin eagle slip ons rattled turned out the baffles were working loose.

 

I have Screamin Eagle Slip ons on my 06 Ultra Classic. It is one year and a half new and the right baffle has come loose on the inside toward the engine. It is my understanding the baffles are spot welded at that end and the weld breaks once in a while. Unfortunatly the slip ons are only warranteed for 90 days.

I'm shopping for new ones myself, except the Screamin Eagle brand has been dicontinued.
