oh, I am sorry. My bad. I meant to put 15,000, but accidentally forgot that last 0. The blue book on this bike is 10,000, and I am wondering why he has it for so much less. He is a dealer, and in my experience, theuy almost never do that unless they are trying to unload it for some reason. That is where I hesitate. I do my own basic maintenence like oil change and changing primary oil and easy stuff, but unless it is obvious, I wouldn't have a clue about checking for anything wrong with it.

I like my '07 SB. I have 2 seats for it. A 2-up Sundowner and a rebuilt solo seat. IMHO, the padding in the stock seat is lacking comfort. Had gelfoam put in and the ride is much better. Something to think about, since you ride a lot of miles.

Big difference in the 2 bikes. Take the SB for a good test ride and see what ya think. Bet you'll buy it! Also try a lower offer with cash,ya never know.

Even at 15k..it's still a good price, I'd snag it.
The 07's ironed out some issues that the 06 models had..(inner primary, and stator rotor). Good looking color combo too.

As long as you know it's 15,000 miles and not 1,500, and you're good with that - go for it. Just make sure you test drive it first and that it fits you.

I really like that color - different than all the others.

Keep in mind that suggested MSRP on this bike is only about $12,000. I bought my 2006 street bob last year and sure love mine.

Even thought it has 15000 miles on it, it is still a Harley. You will be thoroughly impressed and thankful that you bought it. You see bikes out there with 40,000 miles on them going for 8,000 so if you can get a nice bike with those miles and that price tag and as long as you keep it in good condition and maintain it you will never go below the amount you paid for it, if you ever sell it. I own an 06 street bob and you will be happy you bought it.

I've be more leery if it only had 1500 miles on it. I almost got that color combo on a 2008 demo. Instead got the black denim when the dealer offered me a 2009 at the same price when I started to negotiate with him. He also threw in a double up seat and a helmet for my wife. You have to at least work him on the price.
