with two new 11" ( instead of the OEM 13" FXDX ...) --> I prefer this new look
Now youve shared images of your whole setup, please would you share what kinda solution you did with the supports.

BUT, I do like the coil spring look. Your setup really does work well. Once again, this forum has given me more to consider than I expected.
Yes, I'd like some details as well. I do like the coil spring look as well. Perhaps over the winter I'll look at the possibility of doing something similar. I'm committed to the concept I just may need to tweak it a bit.

Hey Iskra, I like the sissy bar in your sig pic. Who makes that? It's not the new HD one-piece is it?

Ok, sorry for the interruption and now back to your regularly scheduled forum post.

Made that one myself. Cold rolled steel, 16ga side plates, torch + welder + powder coat

Is there a way to rig the solo seat so that it comes off quickly and easily and then be able to put the 2 up seat back on? Even better is there anyone with pictures of this?

I used the dyna spring base as the starting point for my classic Harley tractor seat. Very comfortable in the same way a horse saddle is. Not padded, shaped. I have over 43,000km on my over the last 18 months, including the 1000 km I did last Saturday in 42c heat.
