Default Slam my SB with Nightster 11" rear shocks w/pictures

Got a pair of 11" Nightster rear shocks from my friend, new take off, put them on this afternoon, dropped the rear quite a bit, I love the lowered look. Took it for a ride this evening, not bad at all. I can't tell until I carry my gal lol, some pictures to share!

Looks great but I would NOT put a passenger on unless your in a hurry to rewire the back of the bike.

I don't know about the wiring, I've looked underneath and it seems to have quite a bit of room for the tire, we'll see. I am ready to park the bike for the winter in 2 weeks, worry about it later.

Thanks for the headsup, I love these shocks for solo riding. For 2up you got to watch, took my gal on the bike this afternoon, spring setting at 3, didn't bottom out but pot holes are nightmare, I have no complain but she screamed lol, 2up is almost like a hardtail haha You got to give up the comfy for look, know what I am saying? Winter is coming, might get some progressive 430 12", stay tuned.

Neil, I've been running the 11" progressive standard rate rear shocks for a full season now carrying quite a bit of passengers since installing them and have not had a problem at all.

again, I just don't see how this is possible at all. The other day I hit a fcking road seam so big and abrupt that I was riding a stoppie for a second and nothing has ever made contact with my rear fender. Care to elaborate?
