Rear Brakes

Just got '06 Dyna and put new Rear brake pads. When stopping it seams I'm on and off breaks so I chug to a stop. Is there an adjustment or is the brake disk.

You might want to post this in the Dyna section, one of them may
have had the same experience as you and better able to help.
