Default My FLD Switchback mods

Been busy with my bikes and took my Switchback into the dealer to get some mods done. I also took my SuperGlide in and had it run through the dyno so I could see where it stood on horsepower. The only changes made to this bike were done at home and it includes boring out the exhaust, Stage 1 air cleaner and rejetting the carb. Here's a link to the video for the dyno run. Results were 68.3 horsepower and 77.9 lb/ft of torque.

I also did a before and after of the my Switchback. Didn't get to see it on the dyno since I was at work making money to pay for the mods.
Before mods video:

After mods video:

Results were 95.7 horsepower and 109.7 lb/ft of torque.

Well done , great videos.
Nice clean lines on the full exhaust system.
You got yourself a winner, big time.

Just to add a little info on the mods on my Switchback, I was told at the dealer that they normally ended up with around 92 horsepower with the upgrade I had done. Once in a while a bike would break into 93 horsepower. I saw a video where they dyno'd a harley using standard harley plugs and it read 92.5 horsepower. Shut the bike down and swapped the plugs for some NGK Iridium plugs and ran it through the dyno again and that time it read 95.7 horsepower. I know everybody has different opinions of plugs but after almost 11 years trying different plugs on my SuperGlide, I am convinced the Iridiums are the way to go. Before having the dealer do the mods on my Switchback, I installed some SE spark plug wires and Autolite Iridium plugs (# XS4164) and the dyno run after mods read 95.8 horsepower. So it's either the iridiums do increase the horsepower or my bike is a "freak from the factory". Just thought you might want to know and try to get every little bit of extra horsepower out of your bike. I also read the the iridiums reduce emmision levels and since they're self cleaning, they burn the fuel a lot more efficiently.

That's really impressive C!
Great performance, sound, look...all of it, nicely done. I think I'll check out some of those plugs. Is there a downside to them? I mean 3 HP just from a plug, that's what you get out of a slip on. Do they make it run hotter?

I know some will disagree but I'm sold on a plug that has a more consistent ignition kernal and runs cleaner and more efficient.

That is impressive C. When I do my power commander, I'm changing mine out to those ndk's. did he say ndk-3?

I'm still wondering if it makes it run hotter and why more folks don't know about this.
