Can anyone help me out with a part number? I'm looking for the zap-strap that plugs into the frame. It holds the gas tank breather/overflow line that comes out of the top of the tank. I've attached a picture.

Any help would be appreciated.

Harley lists twocable strapson the gas tank. 10039 and 10065 . Why can't you use a black zip tie??
