Default Primary question?

Hey guys, I recently bought a wrinkle black primary cover unseen that the seller said was good for mids. turns out it doesn't have the hole for mids... is there anyway to mod it so that it works...Thanks

Without any further info, I'd say it is doubtful ... it's been a few years since I removed my mid-controls (and the MoCo has changed the primary cases since my bike's model year of '05) ...

On mine, the primary enclosed the shifter shaft to keep the primary sealed ... so the primary fluid would not leak or be contaminated ... those seem to be the main concerns ... so, I think it would be difficult to modify the primary cover you bought to ensure it meets those two objectives ...

Hopefully you can find another buyer so you at least break even on the deal ...

Welcome to the forum ...
