Default New Pegs... pics

So I got new boots (Danner Striker II 6") and found that with my old pegs, my boots didn't fit under the shifter and the brake pedal was too high. Well, I never liked those old pegs. Every time I looked at them, I saw cheap ebay pegs. That's because that's what they were. I decided I needed more narrow pegs, so I put on my old Harley rubber pegs and adjusted the heal rests and brake pedal height. Things were better, but I had replaced these old rubber Harley pegs last year with the cheapies because the plain rubber was boring and the rubber was pealing off the heal rests.
So I swung by the Harley shop, and picked up too much money worth of pegs and bits. Another quick adjustment to the brake pedal height and the heal rest on the left foot, and bam! I think I just added 10 horses!
Funny how after working on the bike and improving the footing, it suddenly feels faster.

Sorry, a little off topic but what's that little tool bag mounted to your left side below the rear shock ? Is that a Harley piece ? I like it a lot. Fits really nice in there.

It is a Harley bag. A friend gave it to me. I believe it's a Harley fork bag... at least, that's where he had it mounted. I put a small tool kit in there and found a stealthy place to mount it.

im new to dyna andam about to put my pegs on from my sporty. the sporty just had a c clamp and pin, but this dyna has a nut and torque bolt. do you know what size it is? I have a T50, T30, T27, T25, but it is smaller than the T50 yet larger than the T30. just throwin a line out there while I get acquainted.

The torx bolt is a T45 and the nuts are 9/16... if I remember correctly.

saweet thank you. I have been buying the T's as I need em and not the set. looks like I am off for the T45.
Another question... I had a bike with platforms and the heel and toe shifter, but what is that secondary smaller piece hanging low on both sides of your bike. heel rests? if so, how do they work out for you?
sorry if its a noob question, I just have not seen that.

To me, the stirrups or heal rests or whatever they're called, are comfortable.
