This is a true single person bike, doesn't look like there is anywhere to mount a set of passenger pegs on the swing arm let along the exhaust sits where the right peg would go.
With that said, there is no reason at all that the MoCo couldn't go with a chopped down fender like the one on the Wide Glide or like the one I have on my Street Bob. Who knows, maybe the American version of this bike will have just that, after all the Euro versions are required to have all those lights on the rear of the bike (what I have been told).
