I don't think so, My wife and I ride hundreds of miles in a day with no problems. Don't know what seat you have but I got a sundowner very nice. I also have forward controls, and I put extensions on My wifes pegs that moved them 4" forward she loves them.

go out and do a few hundred miles and make sure you & the wife dont develop a serious cases of monkey butt. With a comfortable seat you will be good to go.

It's nothing for the bike, it's the riders it may be a challenge for if you have to ask.

The only way to find out is to ride and see...

Ride about 90 or 100 miles and take a gas station pit stop. Ride another hour or so and take another break. It aint fast but you feel fine and have plenty of fun talking with folks on the way.

It's not about the destination. It's all about the ride!

Only you and your wife's butt can answer that question. If this is your very first long ride then you will learn a lot about what you may want to upgrade/swap to be more comfy the next time.

You'll be fine. She's not going to be going for any **** when you get there, so make other arrangements.
