Switchback Bag Fell Off!
The lock is fine just scratched, so I took the resin and filled in the scratches, sanded as smooth as I could, and painted with plasti dip.
If it doesn't look good I might just put the reflective tape trim over the scratched areas.
I should be able to have it finished this week and I'll post some pics.
There is a nut behind the lock that holds it on and I noticed that both bags were getting loose, so I put lock tite on them - all Switchback riders might check yours too so the lock doesn't fall out of the mount.

Thanks for the heads up.

Just remove either set of 2 screws on the canvas part and you'll have access to the back of the lock.
Mine started getting a little loose, so like I said, tighten that nut and a little lock tite too. (might as well tighten everything while you're there)
The frequent locking and unlocking with the key loosens it up I'm sure.

OK, if anyone is interested I fixed my bag and have "switched back" to bagger riding. Have to admit, I kind of missed my bags.
It's not a perfect cosmetic fix but cost about $50 and I added a little more night safety visibility too.
The reflective tape is very faint in the daytime and very visible at night.

easy cheap solution: I use heavy-duty cable ties 24" (black) and secure the bag to the top of the back shock absorber. This is from the side to the bike so its kind of hidden from view.
cost 6.25$. Have to carry a cable cut plyer to remove the bag and extra tie wraps.
