Default Modified FXDC's

I have tried to find a post on modified FXDC models and could not find one. There seems to be for all the other dyna models. If there is one, can someone lead me to it. If not, I would like to start one. I have an '09 FXDC and looking for ideas to enhance the looks of my bike. I have the fuel moto 107 kit being installed next month and would like to also make the bike look better.

I did a few things for looks over the years...

Here is a few pics of my bike with different bars etc... With drags I had a lift on, with apes no lift, has a solo bag on the swingarm, smoked tail light, turn sigs moved to the forks, smoked turn sigs, 12" shocks, 180 rear tire, braided lines, chrome headbolt covers, S&S slash performance slip ons. Screamin eagle af backing plate with cover medallion. Lepera bare bones seat(with Z bars and drags), danny gray weekday solo(with 14" apes), mustang vintage solo(with mini apes). new grips, pegs, etc...

Cheers,

Tom

Thumbs up

Glad to see an FXDC thread!

I've got a whole bunch of smaller chrome doo-dads on the bike that I'm not going to enumerate here, but the major additions:

Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-Into-2 Pipes
Kuryakin High Five Mach II Air Cleaner
Chrome Front End Kit
Turn Signals Re-located to lower triple tree
Forward Controls, all Billet
27" wide drag bars set on 6" risers
All chrome switch modules, front master cylinder and clutch housing
All stainless braided cables and hoses
Chrome Swingarm
Chrome front and rear brake caliper and brake disc
Chrome Inner Primary
Chrome rear axle covers
Custom Le Pera Seat
Chrome battery cover and electrical panel cover

I'm very pleased with it, and even the HD dealer owner knows it and likes it.

Good luck with your mods, you will enjoy making the bike yours.

Butch, Thank You, and good luck with modding your ride. You will really get a kick out of spending hours with the HD and aftermarket catalogs.

P.S. I actually have a Wife and two Daughters who buy me stuff for my bike every Christmas...... It's pretty cool........

Here's the bike prior to the install of the chrome front end, Kuryakin High Five Mach II Air Cleaner, and the Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-Into-Exhaust:
