I have A 2007 super glide w stock bars. I am really leaning towards the stock 2011-2012 Wg bars.
It looks like from the forum that the WG bars are 1 1/4.
I understand that means new risers but I was hoping to still use my stock gauge / cluster. Would I just hone out the mount and it would fit??
Sorry for the newbie question. Never swapped out the bars.
so..i guess maybe i wasn't clear in what i am asking.
i dont really want to get the kit to relocate my gauges; and i was wondering if i would have to modify it to use 1 1/4" bars..or if this is NOT an option.
i really kinda like the stock wide glide bars...but i just wanted to get all of the stuff i need before i tear apart the bike.
thanks for everyones help
