Default Mirror stem adaptor for street bob with turn signal mirror mount on right side

Ok I got some killer looking tribal mirrors. My streetbob has the I signals under the handlebar controls. On the left SIDE it went on no problem. But the right side is different. The bolt from the turn signals thread onto the mirror stem from the factory from the bottom as you slide the stem with the thread through the hand break assembly. The new mirrors are threaded correctly but came with Allen bolts that are designed to thread through the bottom then up into the mirror not taking into account the turn signals.

There's got to be a threaded adaptor someplace to solve ths right? If so where and what measurements?

Friggin Christ !

I solved this mirror/turn signal problem by getting the turn signal mounts off of any other dyna and/or softail. I got them from the dealer but I found them much cheaper from JP cycles.

Here's the link http://www.jpcycles.com/product/3200478

I wanna kep them where they are I just need the right bolt that's threaded on both sides. One thread goes in the mirror the other into the turn signal mount. Anyone know if the dealership sells the adaptor bolts?

Are you referring to a stud?
Some mirrors uses studs. They screw into the bottom of the mirror mount and through the perch then a nut goes on the bottom.
If this is what you are talking about.
Just go to a good hard ware store and pick up a bolt long enough to fit and cut the head off. Stainless steel is what I would suggest so it would not rust.
Hope this helps.

Well I just read your post. Thanks. But that's exactly what I did this morning. Had to get a bolt fine thread on one and coarse on the other. Ironically enough it was he perfect length.

Can't find a double threaded stud with different threads on both sides anywhere. Any ideas?

Something like this?

Amazon.com: 10 Double-End Studs 5/8-18 SAE x 1-1/4 - 5/8-11 USS x 1: Industrial & Scientific Amazon.com: 10 Double-End Studs 5/8-18 SAE x 1-1/4 - 5/8-11 USS x 1: Industrial & Scientific

Had to use something like this for my shifter peg (different size however).
Hope this helps.

Two parts the the nut with the swivel and then there the adapter that screws in to the nut which the mirror screws into
