Super Glide Heat and Twitchy Throttle

Super Glide Heat and Twitchy Throttle
My wife has a '13 Anniversary Super Glide Custom, which she loves.
Mechanically, it's bone stock because she likes the (quiet) sound of the stock pipes. She's complaining about the heat on her leg. Is their a solution that doesn't make the exhaust louder? She's running synthetic.
Since the bike had it's thousand mile service, she complains the throttle is twitchy at low speed. I rode it, and compared to my bike, the throttle grip doesn't seem to have any resistance at all. I think she's not noticing she's making minute adjustments with her hand and since there is no play in the cable, the bike is twitchy at low speeds. Almost like there is driveline lash, which there isn't. Anything that can be done or mod made?
Thanks!

Harley makes a heat deflector. Mounts just under the seat, keeps the heat off the upper legs.
If the heat is from the pipes themselves a set of aftermarket slip ons will help reduce heat-they dont have cats in them. The stock slip ons have the cat in them that make a lot of heat
At the service they probably adjusted the throttle cable. You can readjust the throttle cables.

On my dyna after the 1k service I noticed the throttle to have no friction at all. It took a few rides then it was all good after that. They lube the cables and adjust play, it will stiffen back up. Yeah, after that first service I thought I got the wrong bike back because it felt so different.
