Default 2007 street bob issues

All of a sudden my bike starts missing when I accelerate and decel popping real bad. I replaced the spark plugs but still there. It runs fine for a few miles but when it's warmed up that's when the problems start. Any suggestions?

Need more info- stock intake and exhaust? Tuner on the bike? Not knowing much about your bike my first bet would be an exhaust leak at the flanges. They can loosen up, may just need a re-torque. It could also be an intake leak.

Could be the coil. Have you changed the plug wires?

My coil just quit last month. Check to see if you have spark and fuel on either cylinder. But more info on the nine would help for sure

When a coil is going bad it showes up when it warms up. Hard to check a coil but if you know someone that will let you try their coil that would let you know if it is bad.

The bike has BUB jug huggers exhaust and i am not sure about the intake. It does have a thundermax tuner on it. I took it to the harley shop because it would not idle and they said the ecm wasnt plugged all the way into the tuner and they adjusted the factory set screw and it ran great for a few days and then all of a sudden it started having issues like i posted. I had recently filled up the tank with 93 octane and i thought i may have bad gas but not sure and also i found my tail light wires are all bare due to rubbing on tire. I am just figuring out what extras the bike has on it becuase i bought it when i got back from afghanistan and i was a buddies of mine that passed away.

Obviously, get that wiring fixed.
The ECM on the TMax doesn't plug into the tuner, it is the tuner. Now if that 36 pin connector is not tight it will cause problems. Maybe it loosened up again. Make sure it's tight and use a couple of zip ties to keep it tight. If the ECM is disconnected without removing the ECM fuse you need to reinitialize the system. You need to download the manual from the Zipper's website, but here is how to initialize it:
Initialize the Module-
a.) Turn the ignition onfor 30 seconds, making sure the “Run / OFF” Rocker switch is in the “Run” position, DO NOT start the engine at this point or move the throttle during
initialization.
b.) After the ignition has been on for 30 seconds, turn the ignition off for 30
seconds.
c.) Repeat Steps 1 & 2 two more times without starting the engine. The
module is now installed and initialized.

Do this and see how it runs. Changing the position of that throttle body set screw is critical, but for now see what happens when you initialize it.
You really need to download the Smartlink software to a laptop and get the cable so you can link to the bike and work with the tuner. It's not that complicated (even I did it!) but it's the only way to use the system.
Zipper's has good customer service, call them, they can also analyze your bike through
email. http://www.zippersperformance.com/
but it's well worth getting

Thanks for all the info. I am going to reinitialize my tuner but i was wondering is there a way you can test the coil to see if it is going bad because it only runs bad after it warms up?
