What is the diameter of the 5 hole timer/points cover?

I've got one of those HD gold eagle live to ride timing cover I took off my bike, and with a machinist ruler it's 3" and 3.0335 with my caliper.

From the center of one of the mounting holes to the edge of the cover is 1/4 inch.

This was taken off a 2002 twin cam.
